According to the IWRL6432 datasheet "IWRL6432 Single-Chip 57- to 64-GHz Industrial Radar Sensor datasheet" table 7-17, it mentions the ball state during and after reset.
Some questions:
1). What does "SS" mean for BGA ball number M10?
2). What does "OFFI" mean for BGA ball number E10?
3). Taking pin H10 as example, how do I know if it is an input pin without pull high during "Ball State After RST" if it says "OFF/OFF/OFF"? or it has no state just waiting for SW code configuration?
