DCA1000EVM: Issues with using mmWave Studio, mainly troubles connecting it seems

Part Number: DCA1000EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: IWR1843BOOST, AWR2243BOOST

Hello,
I'm Yosri, I'm a student working on a project in a university lab. I got very recent news that I could finally use a university mail to ask the E2E support !
So, working these past months, I have had a very bumpy ride trying to make my DCA1000EVM and IWR1843BOOST to work properly with what little knowledge I have on frankly everything around it, and after finally being able to make everything work to my best capacity, and touching on mmWave Studio to make use of the DCA1000EVM, I still encounter some issues using it.

The two main issues I have encountered that were stopping me were :

1) the "Setup DCA1000" tab in the RadarAPI, opening up a tab, "RFDataCaptureCard" and is supposed to show me the "FPGA Version", then connect the DCA. In my case it cannot connect, and in fact it shows me "FPGA Version : 0.0.0.0" and DLL Version 2.7 then the Output tab writes me these : "RFDCCARD_UDP_WRITE_ERR" and tells me to connect my Ethernet cable, except nothing is wrong with my Ethernet cable...
I've tried switiching cable, at which point another problem arose and that was :

2) The "RS232 Operations" connection leaves me with the message "Calling_ConnectTarget returned 3", which only happened suddenly when I did this, I've been struggling with the previous problem for some time but I've always been able to connect and set everything up until what the DCA training video tells us to set up the DCA in the SensorConfig panel.

I have looked through the E2E channels, and have found similar issues, but wasn't able to fix my issues. for the first problem, I dowloaded the Lattice Diamond software for FPGA Programming according to section 9 of the DCA user guide, but it fails to scan the board. Looked into that afterwards, and I didn't find anything helpful on my own to help me get the board to get scanned. Maybe I'm in the wrong on this but nothing I've tried helped so far. I also have all my FTDI drivers uploaded.
Anyway, the other more pressing issue now, with the Calling_ConnectTarget returned 3, I looked into also; the closest information I found was on a AWR2243BOOST ? And it was also older information that couldn't really apply to my IWR1843BOOST from what I gathered. I don't understand any of what's happening... I can send a lot of screenshots of the mmWave Studio Output tab if needs be, I've documented most of the errors I'm getting and have gotten.

As a last note, I will also say that all LEDs of my DCA are lit up currently... As it has always been case in fact, even before issue n°2. It very much probably is pointing towards something that has to do with all my issues, but changing cards has not been an option since I've been here, given the stock situation of the DCA1000EVM, hence said bumpy ride.
I can also provide pictures of my DCA+IWR1843BOOST combo with the SOPs if needs be. Any help is great help really.

I will stay in contact as much as possible if further information is required, and might ask additional questions, here or on other threads.
Thank you for your time, patience, and possible help !

Best Regards,
Yosri.
