IWR6843AOPEVM: Error immediately when opening MMWAVE STUDIO

I'm following these directions to set up the IWR6843AOPEVM to collect raw data https://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/node?a=VLyFKFf__4.12.1&node=A__AGTrhNYW8jE6cMxbovlfaA__com.ti.mmwave_industrial_toolbox__VLyFKFf__4.12.1

But when I get to the step on static IP configuration where I have to open MMWAVE STUDIO, I immediately get the error in the picture as soon as it opens. I downloaded the first gen studio  mmwave_studio_02_01_01_00_win32.exe  — 226328 K

    Hello,

    Can you confirm you have installed the FTDI drivers as mentioned in the DCA1000 User Guide, as well as Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable? If this does not work then you can try installing the FTDI drivers manually via Device Manager due to occasional issues with Windows 10.

    I installed the C++ software but that didn't seem to help. Can you check my physical setup to see if I have everything plugged in correctly? I noticed I have no USB going into the radar FTDI port on the DCA1000 so maybe that is an issue. Also, what do you mean by installing the FTDI drivers manually via Device Manager? I don't see anything listed like that in the device manager.

    Hello,

    As shown in the user guide you linked, you need one USB cable connected to the ICBOOST's XDS port, one USB cable connected to the DCA1000's FTDI port, Ethernet cable, and a 5V 3A power supply. 

    In device manager, do you see 4 Devpack ports and 2 XDS110 ports?
