AWR1642BOOST: Demo Visualizer problem

Hi Expert,

I am posting this on behalf of the customer. I have shared the full details of the inquiry below.

I have an AWR1642Boost board that I can't connect to it via the TI demo visualizer.

The tests I've done were under the following conditions:

Demo visualizer version: 3.6

SDK version: both 3.5 and 3.6

SOP Mode: 1 (Functional)

Application Port: COM3

Auxilary Data Port: COM4

Firmware: xwr16xx_radarss.bin provided in mmWave Studio firmware folder.

The board is detached from DCA1000.

I also tried SOP0 and SOP2 modes but each time only the Application port can connect to the device, and the Data port is unable to be connected to.

Could you please help me with this?

    Can you please follow the steps mentioned in the user guide under section:  Loading images onto mmWave EVM
    The path for the document is: C:\ti\mmwave_sdk_03_06_00_00-LTS\docs\mmwave_sdk_user_guide.pdf
    This sequence has been verified.
