Our product uses AWR1843, I am curious what will happen if we cover the radar antenna? Can sensor detected the radiation is blocked and reflect in the CAN messages or UART messages?

How can we know the radiation is blocked from MRR lab demo software?

Hi Lei,

The MRR demo output message does not mention if the radar's view is blocked is blocked. You will have to write your own algorithm to detect the expected blockage and add it to the demo.

Unfortunately, there is no such provision in the demo. You will have to add this by yourself.
