DCA1000EVM: Noisy response when exporting the raw to matlab using rawdatareader script

Hello, I'm having issues when capturing data with the DCA1000EVM and the IWR6843ISK. I need to take measurements with these devices and then save them to a MATLAB file. However, it's quite tedious because sometimes, when exporting it to MATLAB, the data gets "corrupted" and shows this response:

After the procces I am getting again the noisy response in Matlab, this happen sometimes without a clear pattern so I cannot identify where is the problem.
