I'm following the out of box demo here: https://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/node?node=A__ACG08uvVuwpX-4E74miWtw__radar_toolbox__1AslXXD__LATEST
It mentioned to flash using a binary located at: toolbox_install_Dir\source\ti\examples\Out_Of_Box_Demo\prebuilt_binaries\
But no where does it mention that we have to download a toolbox. Since it's all on cloud. Is this instruction outdated?
