AWR6843AOPEVM: Device not recognized when plugged

Hello TI community,

I finally received my AWR6843AOP EVM board, so first thing I plug it into my PC with windows 11, and the device is not recognized.

I get the two Coms detected (as shown in the picture), however no driver is found for it. What can I do to solve that ?

I hope to get a quick answer since it is kind of urgent.

Hi Lilia,

Looks like the drivers did not properly install. Please refer to the instructions in the Get COM port numbers using Device Manager section of the following GUIDE.

There is a "Warning" subsection that covers what to do if the ports are not being recognized. Hopefully this resolves your issue.
