IWR6843ISK: Configuration issue

Hi,

I'm trying to set up the evaluation kit but without luck.

I put the radar on a tripod according to the documentation (same orientation) configured the parameters according the default:

I'm pressing connect and  -> “start and send configuration and after ~30 sec im getting this error:

Any ideas? Please if it is possible I would like to have a session with someone who can assist me with this issue.

    Hi Maor,

    The images are blurry, but it looks like your sensor isn't outputting anything. Can you see the configuration commands on the CLI screen when you click "start and send cfg" followed by lines that say "Done"? It appears not, and if that's the case, I would see if the switches on your EVM are configured correctly and that your EVM Is flashed with the right binary.
