DCA1000EVM: Problem communicating with FPGA even though have reflashed it twice

Hi Experts,

Seeing your assistance on this query, posted on behalf of the customer named Fereydoun.

I have DCA1000evm connected to AWR1843Boost radar evaluation kit

I have problem communicating with FPGA even though I have reflashed it twice

I have followed all the DCA1000evm threads and done all the suggested changes, but nothing works

attached is image of what I see:

I get the following error message when I run mmwave studio:

[18:11:13] [RadarAPI]:
[18:11:13] FPGA Configuration :
[18:11:13] Timeout Error! System disconnected

wireshark indicates there is proper communication between ports

so problem is not firewall

I have set the SW2 switch as suggested

FPGA has been successfully reflashed twice

All switch settings on DCA1000 seem right following the manual

I have changed the delay from 25 microsecond to 100 and even 300 with no avail

I reinstalled mmwave studio as well nothing seems to work

the firmware version is 2.8 which should be the latest

I don't know where to hit my head

The board seems buggy since there are several threads on the topic

It shouldn't be so hard to get this thing up and running.
