Hello Sensors Team,
Would it be possible to use the TMP441 together with a Device Under Test integraded ESD diodes (i.e. ESD diode integrated at GPIO pin to Vdd and Vss) to perform temperature measurements on the DUT? The DUT is a IC without internal thermal diodes.
In case TMP441 cannot be used for such a use case, is there an alternative TI part which can support this?
