I’m Dejan Lesnik. By soldering TMP006 sensor to a board, I break something on the middle of a chip. I don’t know how sensor works when it’s correctly soldered (all other attempts didn’t work), but this one reacts when I put measured item in front of bottom side. When I put item in front of the sensor, nothing changes or the change is minimal.
On a picture, it’s shown how it looks. Under the sensor is a hole, thru which light can come on front of a sensor.
Is this normal operation or has this happened because of the damage on a sensor.
