IWR1843BOOST: Parse and Read Data Captured from Demo Visualizer

Hello there,

I am using IWR1843BOOST as part of my thesis and I have recorded some data with the Demo Visualizer. Is there any MATLAB code that can help me parse and read the data from my ".dat" files in order to afterwards start my processing?

Hi,

I am not aware of a MATLAB file we have that can parse, but we do have a python script in the SDK. Please see this post:

Thank you very much for the guidance. Initially, I got weird results and many errors. I have adjusted the scripts mentioned inside the post to parse the ".dat" files and have as an outcome, a spreadsheet with the parsed data well organized. In case anyone is seeing the post at some point in the future and might be needing my update to check if fits them, feel free to e-mail me.
