AWR1843: software programming

Part Number: AWR1843

I encountered a problem on my homemade AWR1843 development board. When I used CCS software to burn routines, I could successfully connect to R4 and C674, and I could successfully burn the dss project to DSP, but I could not burn the MSS project to the R4 kernel, it showed the above prompt, may I ask what the problem might be?

  • Hi,

Did you flash the application required to use ccs?

    C:\ti\mmwave_sdk_03_06_00_00-LTS\packages\ti\utils\ccsdebug\xwr18xx_ccsdebug.bin

    Thank you

    Cesar

Thanks for your advice, now I can successfully burn the routine, but I have encountered a new problem, my MSS project can only successfully make 1843 work under the condition of single step running. If I run the routine at full speed after burning, I will report an error and exit the debugging state, and find that the program is stuck in a dead loop after re-powering the connection.  Do you have any good suggestions for this situation?

  • Hi,

Can you please start a new thread for the new question? Are you trying to run the SDK 3.6 oob demo?

    thank you
