Hi TI expert,
My customer is using AWRL6432 and wants to know which 1.8V Q-grade Flash can be used for AWRL6432? We learn from TI application note: “Flash Variants Supported by the mmWave Sensor (Rev. D)” that there is a very close part "MX25U1633FZUI" can support 1.8V but it is not automotive Q-grade (see below picture). Does TI have any recommendation on 1.8V automotive grade Flash?
Or, we find the other part "MX25U1632F" automotive 1.8V Flash with its SPEC attached in below PDF file. Could TI help to check if this part can be used?
