AWR2243: How to modify firmware to receive chirps passively?

Part Number: AWR2243

Hi!

I am using the AWR2243BOOST EVM board. I want the board to just receive the chirps and not transmit them, that is just send the generated chirp signal in the board to the mixer and not the TX. I ran a few experiments and found out that it is not possible to receive chirps without transmitting them. I need to modify the firmware to do this. Can you please let me know where the relevant firmware files are for the AWR2243? And how can I modify them? A summary of my questions is as below.

1. What part of the firmware do I need to change for this?

2. Where can I find the AWR2243 firmware available for modification (not the bin files)?

3. Should I use CCS for this modification?

Thanking you
