Dear experts,
We use the OPT3002 as a light sensor in our products, and we tested trackers with both the TI OPT3002 sensor, and sensor were inaccurate according to the reference lux meter.
We performed the test in two iterations. One with a light bulb hanging over the devices, and the other we placed a tube between the devices and the light bulb in order to eliminate the ambient light coming from the room.
We are using a calibrated lux meter with an accuracy of 6%. Following is the test setup:
The test result is shown in below, and the error between products(solo 5G sensor) and reference lux meter is very huge.

My question is, is this the reason for such a large error because of window size or light refraction? Or is it a question of the test method? Please help provide some ideas for solutions, many thanks!
