TMAG5273: Ultrasonic process damage hall sensor

Part Number: TMAG5273

We use this component on our PCBA top side to be a magnetic sensor in the power bank.
For IP67 , we need ultrasonic process to press fit plastic shell.
After ultrasonic process, it will damage TMAG5273A1QDBVR. Some TMAG5273A1QDBVR are good. some are damaged.

Who can provide the solution or suggestion for this component how to pass ultrasonic process .
