Hello

After installing the latest sdk version 4.4 for awr2944. I didn't succeed to compile the oob demo project on awr2944 board. Could you please help me for that.? Do you have any recommendations to use the oob demo.? The project was loaded correctly by using the ccs 12.3.

Ps: with the 4.3 version I succeeded to compile correctly the project but is not working! (I was using the cfg file from the sdk ).

Hi after installing the new sdk for the awr2944 I have also downloaded the oob demo by using css but unfortunately the compile wasn't successful.I

need just a confirmation if the oob works fine with sdk 4.4?

Another question do you have any tools to setup correctly the chirp for awr2944

are you trying to compile it in CCS or using the terminal?

Hello Amine,

These are the steps:
Alternatively you can use the command prompt to build it instead of the CCS, I will provide the steps below:
1) Open command prompt
2) Navigate to C:\ti\mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_04_00_01\mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_04_00_01\scripts\windows, then change the setenv.bat, change the device and esnsure you have the CCS which is supported by the SDK
3) Then navigate to: C:\ti\mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_04_00_01\mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_04_00_01\ti\demo\awr294x\mmw
4) Then give a gmake all and build the demo.

Hello Amine,

The project spec you have received form the radar toolbox, does not support the latest SDK, please use the method I have mentioned.

Hello Amine,

You can use another method:
You can flash the sbl_qspi.release.tiimage along with the awr2944_ccsdebug.appimage using the uniflash.
Then you can connect to it in CCS. Once that is done, with the files you have built using the steps I have provided above, you can load program and load the program for example you can load the awr2944_mmw_demo_dssTDM.xe66 on the c66 and the awr2944_mmw_demo_mssDDM.xer5f on the R5f core respectively and then run it.

Another way is you can directly flash the awr2944_mmw_demoDDM.appimage(for example if using DDM) instead of the CCS debug and debug on CCS as well.
Both the methods work fine.
