In AWR294X TRM there lists the debug features, but I don't find any example. Would u pls help support below questions, thanks.
1 From TRM it said trace is supported on AWR294X, how to design to make the board support trace, and what emulator is needed?
2 how about the trace output format?
3 any additional tools are needed to support trace?

Hello Andy,
Yes, it is possible without the mux. So you have the Debug trace pins which can be utilized to debug instead of streaming it through aurora.
Many customers use Lauterbach which is a popular tool for getting the trace data out of the AWR2944.
If you go through the schematics, you can see the trace data pins:
The format is that of ATB as it passes through the TPIU.
You can also contact the company like Lauterbach which can help you get started with this as they have guided other customers as well.
They have their tools which can help with this.
