Hi team,

Is there any risk to block the I2C if reading the result before a conversion is complete?

Customer set the conversion time to 100ms, and the system will poll the result register(0x0) every 100ms. Any risk?

Hi Lijia,

The result register can be read from while the device is converting. The device will continue as normal.

What is the expected data if the conversion is not complete? All zero or data of last conversion?

Hi Lijia,

If the device was just started up, 0. If a conversion has already taken place, it will be the data of the last conversion.
