HDC1080: HDC1080

Dear Sirs,

After SMD production process, we had tested the Humidity with  air pollution measure equipment.
we founf that abnormal status of the value lock of the  1)  humidity 18% at variable temp ( 2 of 100ea)
2)  humidity 99% at variable temp ( 3 of 100ea).
Are there any special limit or some reasons for adaption ?

    Harry,

    Just so I am clear, are you saying that 2 of your 100 HDC1080 devices are reading 18% RH and 3 devices of the 100 HDC1080 devices are reading 99% RH despite changing termpature and humidity conditions? Could you share the SMD production steps, such as what kind of solder or flux used, and any potential chemical contaminants like board cleaners used? When assembing a PCB with an HDC device, the HDC device must be added in the last assembly step with as little exposure to chemical contaminants as possible.
