LMP91300: Unable to connect LMP913000 with MSP-EXP430F5529LP

Dear Sir,

We are trying to connect LMP91300 with MSP-EXP430F5529LP through SWIF connection according to the mentioned schematic.

We followed attached pdf and installed mentioned drivers in pdf

MSP430F5529 LaunchPad Development Kit.pdf

0763.LMP91300SWIFEVM User Guide_2013-10-09.pdf

I am able to detect attached driver in device manager

but unable to detect as storage device in explorer

Then i tried to connect with UI, but its unable to detect device as per attached image

Please guide me, what could be the possible reason for not getting connect.

Divyesh,

the MSP430 is a stand-alone example and is not intended to support the GUI.

The GUI requires a SPIO board that TI has discontinued.

Hi John,

Thank you for your suggestion.

We started our design with the reference of same link only and also loaded "islmp91300_rv_strm.txt" firmware. But we are unable to connect with UI.

Please help me out.

Divyesh,

We are pretty sure the root cause is that the UI is meant to work with an SPIO-4 board.
I will look into this more to be sure we aren't overlooking something obvious and will update this thread by COB on Wednesday.
