Hi Sir,

The customer wants to prevent the OPT3007 body broken, could they use the adhesive/gum material on the TOP side of the OPT3007?

If it can, what kind of gum material is suitable?

Can you explain more what is meant by "body broken"? Is the OPT3007 IC being damaged in some way?

Hi Sir,

They have not taken action.
The customer saw some failed devices have body damage.
So, they suspect this phenomenon causes functional failure.
