PGA900EVM: The pga900GUI software is stuck on the initialization page

The pga900GUI always displays the initialization interface when opened, and the initialization interface is still displayed when opened with compatibility, Windows11 system, labview runtime 12 64-bit and 32-bit installatio

    Hi renyi,

    Welcome to the E2E forum!  How did you get the program?  Did you download from TI.com from the PGA900EVM tools page?  The zip file should have been labeled sldc009a.zip.  There is some additional information that should display in the splash screen of the GUI but this could be related to screen resolution for your monitor.  Also it is advised that the setup file be extracted from the zip file before installing.

    Following the splash screen, the next step is for the USB2ANY controller to connect.  Did the files for this motherboard get installed correctly?  These files should be in the Program Files (x86) folder.

    You should also see the following files:

    I would also recommend trying to reinstall the main application and also a reboot of your machine after the GUI has installed.  Let me know if you still see issues.

    THANKS I have installed the related software from TI.com. It seems that the system lacks some running file. Do you also have windows11 system,ihave resovled this issue

    Hi renyi,

    TI does not currently use Win11, only Win10.  So I'm not sure what might be missing between the two versions.  Can you share what you did to resolve the issue?
