LM35CAZ/LFT4

What is the difference between LM35CAZ/NOPB and LM35CAZ/LFT4?

Datasheet seems to indicate minor difference in the packaging, quantity 2000 vs 1800.

Secondly, the datasheet does not indicate the temperature range of the LM35CAZ/LFT4 - is it the same as LM35CAZ/NOPB?

    Hi Ivan,

    The difference between NOPB and LFT4 is the packing options:

    • NOPB comes in bulk pack -> straight leads
    • LFT4 comes in ammo pack  -> formed leads

    Please see the following app note for more information on the packing suffixes.

    The temperature range of both orderable devices is -40C to 110C which relates to the CA grade as seen below (datasheet page 4):
