MMWAVE-L-SDK: No serial output with debug version of SBL in SDK 5.3

Hi,

I tried the prebuild debug and release version of SBL in SDK5.3, but only release version can work ok. There is no any output on serial port if I tried debug version of SBL.

I also tried to rebuild the CCS project of SBL and got same result. Debug version can't work, but release verion is ok.

I didi further debug and found the sbl is hanging after call Flash_norQspiSetProtocol in Board_driverOpen->Board_flashOpen->Flash_open.

Would you pls kindly help to fix the issue of debug version of SBL?

Hi Chris,

My apologies for the delayed response. This is not a known issue. I was able to replicate the issue on my end and I have reported the issue to our software team. I can update you here when we have a solution.

Please let me know, Is the debug build configuration not working a critical issue for you right now? Are you/your customers still able to evaluate/develop with the 'release' build configuration?
