    Hello,

    TI does not have an exact p2p replacement for MCP9800A0T-M/OT. If the customer is wanting the same SOT-23 package, I would recommend TMP100/101. TMP100/101 are both digital temperature sensors with SMBus and Two-Wire Serial Interface.
