We have a product going through UL approvals to 61010-1. UL is stating that for our reinforced isolation case we need 5mm creepage across the TMCS part which it does not meet, however if the casing is material group II with CTI > 400 (which it states on the datasheet) then the creepage limit is only 3.2mm which the part does in fact meet. UL is however not accepting the TI data from the datsheet that states the 4mm creepage and CTI specs unless they can confirm that the casing material on this part is UL certified, which they state is not included in the UL report for this part. Can TI provide a spec for the casing material that shows what it is and demonstrates it is UL certified?
