IWR6843: Are Secure (S) and General (G) p2p ?

Hi team,

Is it possible to design a PCB with secure (S) and general (G) variants with no other change than the variant of IWR6843 used ?

Or are there some specific considerations to be taken at PCB level between the two variants of the device ?
