LM74: LM74CIM-3/NOPB

We are planning to buy bulk quantity of the below mentioned parts for our projects. So, I need few details about it, please explain in detail.

  1. How much area is required to store 9000 quantities of the part (LM74CIM-3/NOPB)? Please tell the packaging also.
  2. Is there are any storage requirements for this part? If any, please provide that.
  3. How do this part degrade over time? Or do they?
  4. Does it come hermetically sealed?

    Hello,

    The LM74CIM-3/NOPB comes in tubes. If you are wanting larger quantities I suggest the LM74CIMX-5/NOPB which comes in a reel with a quantity of 2500, a reel diameter of 330.0 mm and a width of 12.4 mm. The LM74CIMX-5/NOPB MSL ratting is "Level-1-260C-UNLIM". For storage requirements, the parts need to be stored at a 85% RH moister relative humidity level. The LM74CIMX-5/NOPB has an unlimited floor life and will not not degrade overtime. The products do come in drypack packaging. The products do come hermetically sealed. Please refer to the MSL Ratings and Reflow Application Report.
