1. Does software for mmwave radar sensors comply to ASIL standards?

2. We use AWR1843 EVM for our Automotive application. Does software development packages provided for AWR1843 by TI complies to ASIL standards?

If you take a look at the datasheet there is a description of the Functional Safety Compliance for this device. I will follow up about the SW itself.

Hi,

Following up - the device and firmware are safety certified. The software and final system solution must undergo it's own safety certification.
