The customer can not successfully burn the firmware with uniflash tool, and can not burn with EVM board, whether the chip does not support uniflash tool, or the hardware design needs to be changed;

Hello,

The schematic is correct. Kindly check if the QE bit is enabled for Flash memory S25FL132K0XNFVD10, if not please enable the QE bit.

The Quad Enable (QE) bit is a nonvolatile read / write bit in the Status Register (SR2[1]) that allows Quad SPI operation.
