DRV5013-Q1: node size request

Part Number: DRV5013-Q1

Hi,

According to the quality information of this product, it is BiCMOS.

The customer is requesting information on the node size (???nm) based on the DRV5013ADEDBZRQ1 process rule.
Can the TI support team answer?

Best regards,
Hiroshi

  • Hello Hiroshi,

Thanks for promoting our parts.  I will have to check in with my team about what that might be on the next business day.  Can you elaborate on why your customer wants to know about the node size?

  • Hi Patrick,

    Thank you for your support.

As for the reason why node size information is necessary, I have heard that it is to manage the degree of danger of the electronic parts within the end customer.

For automotive applications, it is often necessary to provide detailed information.
If it is difficult to answer, an approximate number is OK (at least larger than 150 nm, etc.).

We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you in advance.

    Best regards,

    Hiroshi

  • Hello Hiroshi,

According to my colleagues, node size unfortunately falls under the category of information that requires an NDA and cannot be shared on the public forum.  If you customer is supported by a TI field engineer, that engineer can help your customer with setting up the proper NDA for securing that information.

  • Thank you for answering.
We will check the NDA and confirm with the TIJ support team.
