AWR1843BOOST: mmWave Demo Visualizer Connection issue

Hi,

We now have the AWR1843boost and DCA1000EVM boards.
I want to use mmWave Demo Visualizer, but it is not connected from CLI_CFG Port.
The SDK version is 3.6, and the UART port and Auxiliary port were set well as seen in the training video. I tried the troubleshooting method given in the user guide, but it doesn't show any improvement. What should I do??

    Hi,

    I have a few things to point out here.

    • Have you flashed the OOB demo on the AWR1843 device?
    • Are your SOP jumper connections correct?
    • What logs do you see when you connect to the application ports on a tool like TeraTerm?
    • Are you able to send configuration via TeraTerm?
    • If the device and OOB are fine when checked with TeraTerm, can you try to use the visualizer after clearing browser cache data?

    You do not need the DCA1000EVM (This is used to capture raw ADC data that is streamed out of LVDS) to do anything with the mmWave Demo Visualizer.
