AFE3010: AFE3010 can meet CCID20(UL2231-2)

Hi, Support Team

about AFE3010 can meet CCID20 (UL2231-2) requirements? Is this IC suitable for charging pile application?

if any suggestion, Please advise me.

    Hello Lawrence,

    I am no expert on the regulations of the UL2231-2 requirements. I believe they have many similarities to the UL943, which AFE3010 is compliant with.

    I can say that whatever UL2231-2 requirements that are the same as UL943, that AFE3010 can satisfy these.

    The AFE3010 can always be configured to trip at different thresholds or operate of higher line voltages. 

    Does this application require operating off a dual line? 

    Does the ground fault protection need to remain if one of the line voltages becomes inoperable?
