I want to observe some parameters of AWR1642BOOST.

Is there any GUI that can display the azimuth/range/velocity value?

Hi,

Have you run the OOB demo for AWR1642BOOST board and used the Demo Visualizer to observe the output form the device.

If not, please refer to the SDK user guide and use the demo Visualizer to have a look at the outputs.
