AWR2243: MMWAVE-CAS-RF-EVM design problem

Hey All:

From MMWAVE-CAS-RF-EVM Schematics, I know 100ohm (R136, R140, part number is CH02016-100RGFT, Vishay) is divider for FMCW 20GHz LO SYNC.

It is a High Frequency 70 GHz thin film chip resistor

Due to the ETA is too long (about 27week).

Could you recommend components to replace it ?

I don't know at the moment if any other vendor has been checked - we can do that, however in the interest of time, please check if they can procure from vendor that indicates they do have stock (as mentioned above) or connect with Vishay / another authorized vendor from their list directly.
