AWRL1432: Memory Address

Hi team,

Can you give me an address range that these memory cells can keep power supply when I press reset button? I want to use them transfer some data. Besides, can you give me the addresses of registers recording reset type? I just find watchdog reset mode in our sdk handbook, dose it means only watchdog can generate a reset signal in our 1432?
