IWR6843ISK: About 3D People Tracking bin file

I am trying to write a bin file to IWR6843ISK based on the following User Guide.

I installed mmwave_sdk_03_05_00_04-Windows-x86-Install.exe, but could not find the following bin file. How can I get the following bin file?

3D_people_track_68xx_demo.bin

This binary is included in the radar toolbox, which can be downloaded at this link.
