PGA900: PGA900 support system

Hi 

Q1. All PGA900 datasheets are in the form of a request to TI. Is there a limited number of sales partners?

Q2. Is it possible to get support for software etc. to develop the PGA900 on E2E?

  • Hi Conor,

    I'm an not aware of any sales partner limitations.  The PGA900 is a rather complicated device and we have very limited resources for support.  Having the information regarding this device by request gives us the capability to know who is requesting the information and the amount of support we can expect to be needed.  We do give support on  E2E but the full capability of the device will not be exposed in the public forum.  E2E has the capability for private conversations which allows us to share more detailed information without total exposure.  In other words, we only want to deal with a specific customer and there issue and not allow others to jump into a thread posted on E2E.  In some cases we will contact via email.
