IWR1843: I want to change TX power

Hello, 

I'm studying IWR1843 and I would like to change TX power by <txOutPower> of profileCfg of cfg file. 

It is indicated "Transmitter Output power = 12dBm(max.)" IWR1843's datasheet. 

1) If I set Transmitter Output power = 10dBm or 5dBm or 0dBm, what number as back-off code should I set each power? 

2) If <txOutPower> of profileCfg is "65793", what dBm is Transmitter Output power?
