AWR2944: UNIFLASH GD25Q64C flash verify failed!

Hi,experts

I have downloaded ccedebug .image to AWR2944 EVM successfully!And On myown 2944 board,we change the flash from GD25B64C to GD25Q64C. I checked the two flash,these two flash have same command,like write,read,erase,and manufactual ID,so that I use the same sbl_uart_uniflash image and sbl_qspi_awr294x image to download ccedebug,but failed! sbl_uart_uniflash download ok,but sbl_qspi and ccsdebug download error!So,what else should I do to make it download successfully.

The first picture is the original 2944 evm flash config, it is the same with GD25Q64C.

Hello Xiang,

Have you verified all the fields and confirmed 100% whether they are exactly same as mentioned in their data sheets?
when you say own 2944 board, do you mean a custom board or the EVM?

Not the 100% same,but the commands are the same.as you can see,the two flash are so similar,the flash .syscfg is the same.it seems that,i can use the same flash writer and sbl ,but failed.I say own 2944 boadr is our own designed board with AWR2944 not EVM.

The different between the two flashs is clock frequency,erase time. but I use the lower clock frequency 80M.

qeType is not ritht.But why is it not right the original TI Board Default Flash ?

Also, if you are modifying the QE type is it working for you?

I modify the QE type from 6 to 1, it works!
