Hello,

I am having trouble connecting to the TDA2xx. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps outlined in section 13 in "mmWave Studio Users Guide" with no success. What else could be causing the issue?

Hi Ajay,

the specific error message that occurs when I click the "setup TDAxx capture card" button is:

Not able to connect with the TDA board. Please check whether the Capture Card is connected to the network!

Hi Kaushik,

Thank you for your response. I have actually already seen these threads and have tried all the options mentioned in them but the problem persists. Could there be an issue with my board?

Hi Sean,

Which version of mmWave Studio are you using?
When you connect the TDA board to the PC over ethernet and power it ON (after having completed all the pre-requisite steps as outlined in the mmWave Studio Userguide), are you getting any response from the target IP address when you ping from windows command prompt?
Is the device showing up as an unidentified device or a no connection in the list of ethernet adapters on your machine?
