The ball material is SnAgCu, as shown in the TMP103 quality report: https://www.ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=TMP103AYFFR
NIST has published a thermal conductivity for a typical SnAgCu lead-free solder they evaluated: https://www.metallurgy.nist.gov/solder/clech/Sn-Ag-Cu_Other.htm
