We are looking for a calibration certificate for HDC3022 Digital Relative Humidity Sensor.
Ognyan,
On the HDC3020 product page on ti.com, there is an option to request NIST information. Click the link to request more information on the product page.
However we do not offer certificates for individual sensors.

Dear Alex, 5 days ago we requested NIST information, but we still haven't received any information. Do you have an idea how to proceed?

Hello Ognyan,
Access should now be granted, let us know if you have any other questions.
Hi Ren, thank you for the link. Unfortunately, HDC3022 is not included in the sensors list. In the datasheet of HDC3022, we can find the following information: "The HDC302x units are 100% tested on a production setup that is NIST traceable and verified with equipment that is calibrated to ISO/IEC 17025 accredited standards". We expect that we can receive a NIST letter (statement) that includes also HDC3022 model.
Ognyan, you should have received an email from Josh Wyatt with corrected document. I will close this post, but you can still re-open it by replying. Thanks for your understanding.

Hello Ognyan,
Thanks for pointing this out, and thank you for your patience - the document in the mySecure folder did not have the latest version of the file, but is now being updated, and in addition to the email you received it will also be available in the folder in a few hours, under the name: GeneralTempSensorNISTLetter.pdf
