MMWAVE-SDK: mmWave Visualizer Not Open without UTF-8 Encoding option from Korean Customer

Hi Visualizer Expert

Many of mmWave customer still faces the Visualizer Opening Error when URF-8 Encoding option is not enabled.

Could you please update mmWave Visualizer to support UTF-8 encoding option in source level rather than User PC Config?

Some customer unable to use this option since other PC application does not support under UTF-8 encoding option.

Hi Jack,

I would need some more info here:

Is the customer using the online version of the mmWave Visualizer? If so, which version is this?
Is there any drawback for the customer in using the web-based visualizer?
Is it possible to give a full translation of the issue in English as shown in the error image attached to accurately understand the issue?
