AWR1843AOPEVM: Pins in AWR1843AOPEVM are not matching with the pins initialized in MRR Lab and MMWAVE SDK

Hello,

While referring to the AWR1843AOPEVM, I found out that the pins used for different interfaces; GPIO, I2C, UART, SPI, etc don't match the ones in the MRR Lab and MMWAVE SDK.

Can you help me understand how these interfaces are being to the right pins on schematic?

Attaching an example for reference:

UART discrepancy, Pin F14 is being used in the lab but AR_MSS_LOGGER is connected to E2:

Hello Clinton,

There are no issues running the MRR Lab.

We wanted to understand how pin mapping is done here because we are developing PCB in-house using AWR1843AOP.

Hi Nishil,

Thanks for the follow up, understood. Looking in the pinmux header for this device, F14 is equivalent to E2 for the 18xxAOP. Other equivalencies for pin definitions can be found in this file as well.
