TMP116: Diffrence of TMP116 and TMP116N

Part Number: TMP116

Hello,

Let our customer knows the difference between TMP116 and TMP116N.

Pricing wise I can expect TMP116N is lower grade accuracy.

However what is exact meaning of the datasheet statement between "TMP116 accuracy without calibration:– ±0.2°C (maximum) from 10°C to +85°C" and "TMP116N accuracy, no calibration needed:– ±0.3°C (maximum) from 25°C to +85°C"

Are you meaning "Without" and "No calibration" same condition?  OR  Are there difference on the device function like TMP116 has calibration capability but TMP116N is masked calibration function?

Can we simply recognize that those devices are same silicon die and functionality, but TMP116N has wider tolerance device and TMP116 is screened better accuracy device?

Regards,

Mochizuki
