In TRM, it says it has five ECC aggregators in the chip, but for the RAM of BSS R4F, which aggregator protects it ?

In the safety manual, I can’t find the exact RAM section, but in TRM, it has. unfortunately, I can not find the BSS RAM section in TRM. If you know where is it, could you please tell me the chapter number ?
